At 4 years old I had to dress up as what I wanted to be when I grew up. After pondering many careers from veterinarian to princess, I attended my Junior Kindergarten graduation dressed as an artist. With my white shirt, small beret, painting palette and brush I was a little artist ready to face the world. I remember looking up at my parents that day ; they asked me if I wanted to be an artist and I just nodded my head silently, my black beret bobbing away. I think I was psychic in my youth, because I can’t see myself doing anything else but wearing that beret and fiddling away with a palette in my hand.
